The famous Manchester United Academy which has delivered the footballing fraternity some of the finest bunch of footballers has got their hands on promising midfielder, Charlie McCann.
A report published by Express has confirmed that the Red Devils have successfully struck a deal with League Two side, Coventry City F.C.

15-year-old Charlie has been a part of the Coventry youth set-up since the age of 7. The midfielder also received a call-up from the England U-16 side earlier this summer.
It is believed that the League Two side will receive an undisclosed fee for the sale of Charlie McCann.
A statement published on Coventry’s official website read –
Coventry City can confirm we have agreed the transfer of Charlie McCann to Manchester United
Coventry’s academy boss Richard Stevens stated that the club did not hold back on the deal as soon as they saw Manchester United were interested.
When a big football club come knocking, and it is the club that Charlie supports, you must let him go and have that experience
We did not want to sell him, we did not need a fee for him even though there was a fee involved.

Charlie goes with complete support from me and the rest of the staff from the Academy.
He has been unbelievable for us, even making his England debut back in August.
Charlie will continue his development at Manchester United’s youth Academy supposedly playing with the U-16 & U-18 sides.
