Chelsea have their eyes on two Brazilians according to reports on Sport Witness.

Gremio are currently competing in the Copa Libertadores, heading into the second leg with a 1-0 lead.

The club from Porto Alegre want €30m for the youngster apparently, which seems steep, although as he’s 21 and would apparently offer a genuine first team option it’s not astronomical.
The other target mentioned is a little more well known to European football fans: Lucas Moura of PSG. The Parisian club are looking to offload players to help their dreadful FFP situation, and Moura has lost his place thanks to the arrival of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe in the summer.

Moura is clearly the more experienced option, but Arthur is the kind of gamble that might be worth taking as Chelsea look to add to their attacking options.
