The news will came as a huge boost for Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool as Premier League trio all have expressed interest to sign Copa America winner midfielder during the summer transfer window.

Inter, however, may return with a new bid for 30-year-old in the summer if San Siro side manages to finish the season in top three and qualify for the Champions League.

Doing so would give the club a huge cash windfall and the money to land their man.
