Jose Mourinho has given his team a deserved two days off after they completed their seventh and final pre-season game.
Manchester United recorded their sixth win of the summer with a 2-1 victory against Sampdoria and Mourinho confirmed that he had given the players two days off ahead of the Super Cup game.

Speaking to MUTV about the success of pre-season after the game Mourinho said: "The pre-season was good. Seven matches, everybody played, everybody had minutes, we tried many different things and didn't care too much for results.
"We only cared about our evolution and maturity as a team and we had small injuries but nothing that stops anyone from being ready.
Matteo Darmian is back in Italy after Manchester United's final pre-season game.
"And now two days off that they need and they deserve and next week we have Super Cup and Premier League so serious stuff comes."
After a busy few weeks the players couldn't wait for a couple of days of downtime and Romelu Lukaku jetted straight off as he arrived back at Manchester Airport with the team from Dublin.
The Belgium striker headed back home to Brussels as soon as the squad landed at the airport.
Matteo Darmian was another player who jetted straight out of Manchester.
Timothy Fosu Mensah and Jesse Lingard headed out for lunch.
The Italian defender's wife posted a picture on her Instagram page picking him up from the airport in Sardinia.
Ander Herrera also appeared to make the most of his double day off. His girlfriend and daughter were pictured at Liverpool John Lennon airport.

But, not everyone was quick to jet off.
Victor Lindelof has stayed in Manchester as his girlfriend arrived at the Lowry Hotel to meet him after the Sampdoria game and Tim Fosu-Mensah was with Jesse Lingard having lunch.
The squad are expected back at Carrington over the weekend where they will begin their final preparations for the Super Cup game.
