Hector has been told by manager Antonio Conte that he can make the loan move and since the arrival of the Italian at Stamford Bridge, the defender has been training regularly with the first team squad.
He has failed to impress Conte enough to convince him of giving him a chance in the first team and a move to Hull seems best for Hector at the moment.
