Former Real Madrid star becomes a musician after failing to find new club

Former Everton and Real Madrid winger Royston Drenthe has dumped football and has turned his attention to music after failing to get a club since September 2016.
Drenthe who spent a season on loan in 2011 at Everton was released by Baniyas in the UAE in July 2016.

He joined Real Madrid in 2007 and made 65 appearances for the Spanish giants before joining Hercules on loan in 2010.
The wide-man then moved to Everton and scored four times in 27 appearances for the Toffees.

Dutchman Drenthe signed for Spartak Vladikavkaz in Russia before returning to England with Reading and Sheffield Wednesday in the Championship.

Having failed to find another club to play for, the 29-year-old has released a new rap song under the name Roya2Faces.
