It’s claimed by French news outlet Le10 Sport that the Ligue 1 giants want to offload the Brazilian international, and are hoping to strike a deal with the Blues in the near future.

Moura has failed to really reach the high expectations set of him in Paris since his arrival in 2013. He has also struggled to find regular first-team game time this season, given the transfers of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.
So, it now looks like PSG want to trim their squad to an extent, with Moura one facing the axe.
Le10 Sport believe that although Chelsea have not made their intentions clear with regards to the possibility of signing Moura, they are not yet ruling out a move.

PSG want to sell some first-team players to ensure that they comply with the Financial Fair Play regulations, and Moura is a player who is set to be offered away.
