The Blues won the Premier League title this season thanks to an impressive return of 30 victories – a record for the division.
Conte took over the reins at Chelsea last summer after interim boss Guus Hiddink led the west London side to a tenth-place finish.
The Italian head coach signed five players in the summer transfer window to overhaul the squad that he inherited from Hiddink.
Chelsea can still finish the season with another piece of silverware as the Blues prepare to take on bitter rivals Arsenal in the FA Cup final.
Speaking to Sky Sports about Conte’s impact at Chelsea since taking over the reins back in 2016, Manchester United legend Ferguson said:
“He is fantastic. His energy on the pitch. It’s always a true saying when they saw the team mirrors the manager. That’s what they’ve done with him.”
Ferguson won 13 Premier League titles and the Champions League twice during a decorated career.
Chelsea were 4-0 winners against Manchester United at Stamford Bridge in their Premier League meeting back in October.
