The Blues are feeling super confident heading into the game, with Chelsea on a fine run of form. An excellent performance on the final day against Sunderland proved that they are far from finished, despite having already won the league, and many are expecting a similar performance on Saturday.
Chelsea’s chances of victory have certainly increased over the last few days, with Arsenal succumbing to a host of issues in the lead-up to the game. The most significant of these surrounds Laurent Koscielny, with the defender receiving a red card in the last Premier League game of the season.
To make matters worse, an appeal from Arsenal has since been rejected by the FA (via Talksport) – leaving the Chelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern feeling very confident that their side will be able to demolish the Gunners defensively.
